Sabong International Terms and Conditions

I. Basic Member Information

Fill out this application form to join Sabong International, and show it at the membership desk along with one (1) legitimate government-issued identity card (ID) that includes a photo, name, and birthdate.

II. Opt-In for Communications

To enhance your interaction with us, Sabong International may send you communication items, including but not limited to administrative and legally required notices, initiatives, campaigns, or promotional materials.

Please check the box next to the communication method if you want these details sent to you. You won’t receive any communication materials from us if this is the case.

III. The Collection and Privacy Statement

Sabong International must collect your personal information. In order to provide you with our services, account administration, accounting, market research promotions, play tracking, profiling and loyalty points, promotional games, prize release, and other related services, our company needs to share your information with important suppliers, third-party service providers, related companies, and subsidiaries. Please refer to the attached document for a full list of these businesses.

The Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Membership Card Terms and Conditions regarding privacy are both followed strictly by our company when processing your personal information.

1. In addition to the aforementioned uses, our business gathers personal data through this membership form that will be put to better use in delivering our products and services to you. This data will be used to complete the transaction, monitor and manage your account, and facilitate the transaction.

2. Information about the Member is strictly confidential to our company. Except for the purposes stated, in the normal course of business, or as required and permitted by and in accordance with Philippine law or any valid order of a court or government agency, we will not sell the information you provide to us, share it with subsidiaries, third-party service providers, suppliers, related companies, or make it publicly available.

3. To ensure that the Data Privacy standards for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data are met, our Company uses automated systems and strict security measures. Our staff members have received training on how to handle your personal information, and we have internal controls in place to prevent and manage data breaches.

5. Your data shall be retained in our system for the duration that your account is active and for a minimum of one (1) year following your last visit.

IV. Terms and Conditions for Membership

Qualified players must be at least twenty-two (22) years of age or older to participate.

Members may not be government or gaming site workers, representatives of its agencies, suppliers, contractors, or their immediate family members.

To register, applicants must submit one (1) authentic, legitimate, government-issued photo identity document together with an application form.

The owner of the membership card is the only person who may use the bonus points, incentives, and privileges; they cannot be shared.

If a person breaches the membership terms and conditions or provides false or inaccurate information when registering for membership, Sabong International has the right to reject their application or terminate their membership.

CONSENT AND AFFIRMATION OF MEMBERS

I declare that the information provided in this application is true and accurate, that I am 22 years of age or older, and that I have read, understand, and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of membership, as they may be revised from time to time.

I understand that the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation’s (PAGCOR) house rules, regulations, and policies regarding the management and operations of this institution must be followed, and I, therefore, acknowledge my agreement to do so.

I have also read and comprehended the company’s collection and privacy statement, and I now voluntarily and knowingly consent to the company’s collection and use of my personal data. I am aware that if I remove this permission, my membership would be inactive.
